A dense knit in a 55% wool blend with a raised collar that buttons closed at the throat. The body is cut close, and the ribbed cuffs and hem grip rather than gape, so warm air stays inside the sweater instead of moving through it.

It blocks the wind on the walk to the car in January, and it keeps that shape after a full winter of the same walk.
