Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping across Canada
Every Laurentide order ships free, with no minimum order value. There are no shipping fees at checkout and no charges on delivery. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
We ship with Canada Post and deliver to addresses throughout Canada, including the territories. We do not currently ship outside Canada.
Processing time
We prepare and pack your order within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your payment. During sale periods and around public holidays this can take slightly longer.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Track & Trace
As soon as your parcel leaves us you receive an email containing your Track & Trace code. This normally arrives within 1 to 24 hours of dispatch and lets you follow your order through Canada Post at any time.
If you have not received a tracking email within two business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first and then contact us.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, Canada Post normally delivers within 3 to 7 business days, depending on where in Canada you live.
Remote and northern addresses, severe winter weather and peak periods such as December can add several days. These delays sit with the carrier and are outside our control, but we will always help you chase a parcel.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully before you complete your order. If something is wrong, tell us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can still correct it. After dispatch the address can no longer be changed.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
If something goes wrong
- Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. Check with anyone else at the address and with your immediate neighbours first, then contact us. We will open an investigation with Canada Post.
- Your parcel appears stuck in transit. Give it two additional business days, then let us know and we will trace it.
- Your parcel arrived damaged. Photograph the outer packaging and the item before doing anything else, and email us within 7 days of delivery.
Once tracking confirms a parcel has been delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for it passes to you.
Duties and taxes
All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars. Because we ship within Canada, there are no import duties or customs charges on your order.
