Common questions

Where is my order? Your Track & Trace code arrives by email within 1 to 24 hours of dispatch. Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 business days after that. See Shipping and Delivery for the full details.

I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and the reason, and we will send you the return instructions. See our Return Policy.

Which size should I take? Everything runs from S to 3XL. Knitwear is cut with room through the shoulders so it layers over a shirt. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one, a knit that sits tight against the body traps less air, and trapped air is what keeps you warm.

How do I wash wool? Cold water, wool cycle, mild detergent, dry flat. No tumble dryer, no wringing. Wool resists odour, so airing a piece overnight is usually enough.

We make wool, cashmere and heavy knitwear for the six months that matter in Canada. We choose fabric by weight and density, not by season. A knit has to hold up in November, in January, on the first morning the frost stays all day. That is the only test we apply.
